KC Hazarika is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group, focusing on companies in the Food & Beverage sector. He has more than 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience. KC is a specialist in mergers & acquisitions, completing numerous transactions with leading financial sponsors and strategic buyers across geographies. His transaction expertise includes growth equity financings, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, SPACs, and IPOs.

Prior to joining Stifel, KC was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at BB&T Capital Markets. He also previously held roles at Platinum Equity, Plainview Capital, and Morgan Stanley & Co.

KC holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.
