Kay Hofmann joined Stifel in 2022 through its acquisition of ACXIT, and currently serves as a Managing Director. Before this, he founded M&A advisory First Capital Partners,  focused on Real Estate and Consumer Goods, which was later acquired by ACXIT Group in 2015.

Kay started his career in investment banking at KPMG and Apax.
