Justin P. Bowman

Justin is a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets with over 20 years of Capital Markets experience. Justin has extensive transaction experience with the completion of more than 750 transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on financing, preferred stock offerings, ATMs and equity private placements.

Justin joined Stifel in December 2005 pursuant to its acquisition of Legg Mason Capital Markets. Until 2014, Justin served as Head / Co-Head of Equity Syndicate at Stifel until 2014 where he was responsible for the underwriting, marketing, allocation and pricing of equity and equity related offerings for Stifel. Previously, Justin worked at Wachovia and Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown in the Equity Capital Markets group focusing on the origination of equity and equity-linked offerings. Justin is also a past member of the Board of SIFMA Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Districts, as well as, the Bond Club of New York where he headed the new members committee.

Justin received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
