Jerome is a Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Stifel. He joined Stifel in 2020 and has spent over 12 years advising companies, previously as part of the M&A teams at Credit Agricole and Natixis.

Jerome has deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including cross-border transactions throughout Europe and the US, and also advises on financings. He covers all sub-sectors of Healthcare with a specific focus on MedTech and Healthcare Services. Jerome has particular experience in Orthopaedics, Services (CDMOs, care homes), alongside Biotech, Healthtech, Diagnostics, Pharma and Animal Health.

Jerome holds a MSc in Corporate Finance and a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School.
