Chris Hoffert

Mr. Hoffert joined Stifel’s Public Finance Department in 2017 after spending nine years with a Pennsylvania-based firm as part of Stifel’s efforts to expand its presence in the Mid Atlantic. Mr. Hoffert has 15 years of experience in public finance. As a Director in Stifel’s Public Finance Department, Mr. Hoffert’s area of focus includes municipal issuers in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey such as school districts, boroughs, townships, counties, and water and sewer authorities.

His financing experience encompasses several years of quantitative and transactional investment banking for public finance issuers.

Mr. Hoffert graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in Finance from Shippensburg University’s John L. Grove College of Business. Mr. Hoffert holds the Series 7, Series 50 and Series 63 FINRA registrations.
