Brad joined Stifel through its 2019 acquisition of Mooreland Partners and serves as a senior member of the Software and Tech-Enabled Services teams with a focus on security and infrastructure software. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology investment banking.

Before joining Mooreland, Brad served as a senior banker in Broadview International's Software Global Market Group for seven years prior to its acquisition by Jefferies & Co in early 2004. Following the acquisition, he continued as a member of Jefferies' M&A Group until 2011. Prior to joining Broadview, he worked at PaineWebber, where he structured municipal bond transactions.

Brad earned an MBA and B.A. from Columbia University.
