Bob Franz joined Stifel’s Public Finance Department in 2009 after beginning his public finance career with another investment banking firm in 2007, where he supported two Ohio public finance offices, providing analytical and supportive services for issuers at the state, county, city, and school district levels.

Mr. Franz has experience with voted and unvoted general obligation bonds, various utility revenue bonds, and various types of economic development revenue bonds.

Bob received his Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State, graduated from the University of Dayton with concentrations in finance and economics, and is a FINRA registered representative (Series 7 and 66).
