Yoon Song

Yoon is a Director of Miller Buckfire. Yoon's experience includes advising clients on restructuring and bankruptcy transactions. 

Yoon has more than 15 years’ experience in investment banking and specializes in reorganizations and bankruptcies. He has represented companies like Rand Logistics Corporation, Samsung Heavy Industries, Aéropostale, Hancock Fabrics, Patriot Coal, Indianapolis Downs, Intrawest Corporation, Dunavant Enterprises, TI Automotive, Buffets Holdings, Global Power Equipment Group, Refco, Winn-Dixie Stores, Owens Corning, and NII Holdings. Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, Yoon was a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, and before that, he was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. He was also an Executive Vice President at Align Capital LLC and a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey where he started his career as a financial analyst. 

Yoon holds a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School (cum laude).
