Stuart has over 20 years experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Private Equity Coverage. Prior to joining Stifel, Stuart was Head of Sponsor Coverage at HSBC covering the mid market. While at HSBC, Stuart was involved in over 100 transactions including debt and M&A, working with virtually all of the Private Equity community and leading all of the strategic dialogue with the client base.
