Prior to joining Stifel, he worked at Compass Point, Oppenheimer & Co., and Bear Stearns. Stephen also taught graduate classes for five years at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate, including REIT Analysis, Capital Markets, Real Estate Finance, and Corporate Finance.
Stephen holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University, an M.A. in History from the University of Pittsburgh, and a B.A. in History from Binghamton University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
