He has worked consistently across sectors, with a focus on the mid-cap publicly listed space in Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer & Retail and Financial Services. Nick has a wealth of transactional experience across ECM and M&A, and has led a number of high profile IPOs in recent years, including DWF, Softcat and AO World.
Nick graduated from Imperial College, London with a BSc in Pure Mathematics in 1995, holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Cambridge University, and is a qualified chartered accountant.
