Mark has 32 years’ corporate finance, broking, and advisory experience, of which the last 23 years have been in the Investment Funds sector. He has acted as corporate broker to a wide range of investment trusts and other listed closed-end funds at Stifel, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank. During 11 years at HSBC, as director in a funds and fund derivatives group, he also established and operated UCITS, and non-UCITS fund platforms, and set up managed accounts. He has worked on a large number of new issuance, restructuring, and advisory projects. Mark has also worked for NatWest Markets and Baring Bros. in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory roles, and he began his career at KPMG as an auditor.
