Jim Neuhauser

Jim joined Stifel in 2017 and is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Capital Markets Group. He has over 33 years’ experience in capital markets and has assisted numerous clients through the equity capital raising process. This includes the structuring, marketing, underwriting, pricing, and distribution of all new issue offerings, including Initial Public Offerings, Institutional 144A Equity Offerings, Public Follow-On Offerings, Registered Directs, Confidentially Marketed Public Offerings (CMPO’s), Large Block Trades including “Boughts” as well as Private Investments in Public Equities (PIPES). Prior to joining Stifel, Jim was the Managing Member of Turtlerock Capital, LLC, an entity that finances and invests in real estate development projects. Previously, he worked for FBR & Co for more than 25 years including positions as Chief Investment Officer, Head of Investment Banking, and Head of the Real Estate and Financial Services groups in Investment Banking. He also served as Head of FBR’s Commitment Committee and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Jim is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Society of Financial Analysts and currently serves on the Board of Directors FAT Brands, Inc. Jim holds a B.A. from Brown University as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
