Cole has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic advisory services to public and private companies across a broad range of transactions, geographies, and industries.
Cole first joined Thomas Weisel Partners in 2002, where he ultimately served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of M&A. He spent 10 years in the Technology M&A Group at Morgan Stanley, both in New York and London. Cole was also a co-founder of Morgan Stanley's East Coast Technology M&A practice.
Cole received a BA from Princeton University.
