Anne Perlman

Anne joined Stifel through its 2019 acquisition of Mooreland Partners and is a senior member of the Software team, specializing in cloud computing, big data, and enterprise mobility. Her career in technology investment banking follows 20-plus years of operational experience in high-technology companies.

Prior to joining Mooreland in 2008, Anne worked with SVB Alliant and consulted to venture-funded startups. She has software operating experience as CEO of MessageOne prior to its acquisition by Dell, and also as CEO of Moai Technologies.

She began her career at Tandem Computers (prior to its acquisition by HP), where she held various general manager and vice president roles.

Anne earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
