Andreas Kulcsar is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Consumer Group and based in London. He joined Stifel through its 2025 acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co.
With 18 years of corporate finance advisory experience, Andreas has worked at major full-service banks and multi-national M&A boutiques across the US, Germany, Spain and the UK. He has advised on over 50 predominantly cross-border transactions.
Andreas has a master’s in financial economics and a bachelor’s in finance from the American University in Washington, D.C.
